JL Moisan Construction has been awarded a 12,000 sq. ft office warehouse in Dardenne Prairie. Construction to start soon.

Latest project from JL Moisan Construction. Just started demolition of the unoccupied space on Monday May 3rd. Demolition should be completed on Thursday, which will lead to our next steps of layout for trenching.

St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry

Newest project from JL Moisan Construction. St. Louis Pediatric Dentistry will be moving from down the hall into this new location. The bulk of the demoing for the project concluded on 3/10/20, the layouts have been approved, and getting ready for the metal studs and material delivery.
