Jeff started in the commercial interior construction industry in 1983 with LaClair General Contractors and attained the position of Vice President. In 1999, he took a position with Cissell Mueller Construction Inc. in St. Peters, Missouri where he maintained the position of Vice President of Commercial Interiors until March of 2010.

Driven by a passion for the business and an entrepreneurial spirit he decided that it was time to branch out on his own. As a result, JL Moisan Construction Co was born in early 2010.

At that time, with 27 years of experience and an uncompromising set of core values, he has built relationships, exceeded clients’ expectations, and approached every project with honesty, integrity, passion and professionalism to create a successful business in the commercial interior construction industry.
