Jeff Moisan has lived in St. Louis Missouri his entire life. He graduated from CBC Military High School and St. Louis University.

Jeff started in the commercial interior construction industry in 1983 with LaClair General Contractors and attained the position of Vice President. In 1999, he took a position with Cissell Mueller Construction Inc. in St. Peters, Missouri where he maintained the position of Vice President of Commercial Interiors until March of 2010.

Driven by a passion for the business and an entrepreneurial spirit he decided that it was time to branch out on his own. As a result, JL Moisan Construction Co was born in early 2010.

At that time, with 27 years of experience and an uncompromising set of core values, he has built relationships, exceeded clients’ expectations, and approached every project with honesty, integrity, passion and professionalism to create a successful business in the commercial interior construction industry.

Mark Schmuke

Mark Schmuke has also lived in St. Louis, Missouri his entire life. He graduated from Brentwood High School and Southeast Missouri State University.

Mark started in the sports industry with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010 in the ticketing department. In 2013, he worked as a Direct Sales Representative. From 2014 until 2019, he worked as an Account Executive in Ticket Sales and Services managing customer transactions, monitoring accounts, and overseeing secondary market ticketing flows.

Looking to try something new and different, Mark decided to make the transition into commercial interior construction and work with his father-in-law and hasn’t looked back since.
