Pre-Construction Phase

  • Review Preliminary Plans and Specifications: We take another look at the plans prepared by the architect and designer and see if there’s anything that needs to be modified.

  • Finalize Preliminary Budgets: Together with the client, architect, and designer, we work to recommend strategies that are consistent with project requirements, design intent, and sound construction practices.

  • Create Strategies to Reduce Construction Time: Early in the project, we find possible problem areas and come up with solutions to address these issues and save time.

  • Qualify the Subcontractors: We qualify and choose subcontractors that best fit our criteria. We also take into consideration their ability to provide superior services.

Construction Phase

  • Prepare the Schedule: To ensure that every party is informed of the project activities, we create a comprehensive construction schedule.

  • Hold Project Meetings: When necessary, we conduct project meetings to discuss important matters with the client, owner’s representative, designer, and architect.

  • Supervise Operations: We manage all subcontractors closely. Through this practice, we can ensure that everything is done in accordance with the design, specifications, contract terms, and quality demanded.

  • Recommend Changes in Scope of Work: To count in unforeseen factors, our team assesses the project as it progresses. We’ll then consult with the architect and designer and suggest changes to the client as needed.

  • Complete Punch List: Our team creates a punch list with the client and architect to help us identify every milestone we reach. Trust that we follow through with the items until each one is completed.
